Service Description

In the first session we do a body assessment, and figure out your goals. Then we design a program for your individual needs. A whole session focused on you and at your own pace. To book please send us an SMS or WhatsApp to our Studio number 074 056 829 with the days and timings you prefer and we will try our best to give you your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please get in touch with us 18 hours before your session. The class fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. In case of a medical issue, please present proper documentation, and class fee can roll-over to the next session you choose. Thank you!
